A little clarity.
About your privacy.
Here is how we handle information when you visit this website or contact the studio.
Who we are
SIXFIRE STUDIO LIMITED is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16912637, at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] about website privacy.
When you browse
This site has no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, mailing-list sign-up or account registration. It does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver pages and protect the service. Essential infrastructure cookies may be used where required.
When you email us
We receive your email address, your message and any information you choose to include. We use these to answer enquiries, provide support and keep relevant correspondence. Our basis is our legitimate interest in running the studio and responding to people who contact us; legal obligations may require some records to be retained. Providing information by email is voluntary, but we need a contact address and enough detail to reply.
Parents and guardians should contact us for children. Please avoid sending children’s personal information or sensitive material.
Service providers
We use service providers for website delivery, security and company email, including Google Workspace for email. They may process technical information and correspondence on our behalf. We do not sell personal information or use enquiries for advertising profiles. Processing may occur outside the UK; applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Keeping information
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle relevant follow-up and meet applicable record-keeping requirements or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The nature of the issue, any ongoing relationship and applicable legal requirements determine this period. Technical records follow the hosting and security provider’s retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information. Data portability may apply where the legal conditions are met.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected] to raise an objection or make a privacy request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
